Safe Control System

The SAFE-CONTROL system was created to manage all the safes in a branch through a single console which can be positioned anywhere within 100m of the control centre. Alternatively, a second control console can be installed (in the Manager's office for example) to provide two control points.

The system can presently control 6 safes with 2 locks each (typically, the main safe, ATM, night depository, transfer safe, vault, auxiliaries) plus 4 safe deposit boxes which can be 2 boxes in 2 different safes or all 4 boxes in one safe,.

The intrinsic features of the system satisfy all the anti-theft, anti-robbery, alarm, remote control etc. requirements for a modern safe.

The configuration comprises:
Electronic motorized lock with self-blocking bolt - max 16 locks
Control console - max 2 consolle
Control centre
Powered by buffer battery

The console has a large display with "Random" functions;

Given the extreme flexibility of functions and parameter programming, not all are described here.
Programming and parameters are inserted in accordance with the customer's requirements.
Connection by 3 cables (two power and one signal); a single control board serial outlet for the two locks.
Remote reading (alarm centre etc.) of "lock closed" signal (alarm centre etc.)
Safe control is also equipped with a logical input port (to signal door or bolts closed) for remote reading.

The serial "open" command is sent by dual cryptographic key messages, of which one is random generated, variable from opening to opening, making the connection between the control board and the lock completely safe from tampering. The opening key is programmable and memorized on EEPROM. An optional logical input port allows zeroing and programming of the cryptographic key after installation.
In addition back up circuit boards mounted on the locks provide for emergency opening in the event of damage to the main electronics.

Code configuration and management:

Each code is assigned the first two identifying numbers followed by 6 to 8 effective code numbers.

EXAMPLE OF SAFE MANAGEMENT
from or to 09 service codes (master code, super user code, programming code etc.)
from 10 to 19 opening codes for first safe
from 20 to 29 opening codes for second safe
from 30 to 39 opening codes for third safe
from 40 to 49 opening codes for fourth safe
from 50 to 59 opening codes for fourth safe
the ten codes for each safe are sub-divided into:
5 codes for the first lock
5 codes for the second lock

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX MANAGEMENT
from 80 to 84 opening codes for first safe deposit box
from 85 to 89 opening codes for the safe deposit box
from 90 to 94 opening codes for third safe deposit box
from 95 to 99 opening codes for fourth safe deposit box

ADVANTAGES FOR THE USER
Eliminates mechanical key management
One console for all safes in the branch
Second console for opening/closure from a second position
Visualization of complete status of every lock, if open, closed, half-open, reveal open, broken, disconnected, delay on, opening window on, timing on.
Overall visualization of all safes and one safe at a time
Each safe has its own parameters (time delay, times etc.)
Programming of parameters from console or p.c.

RELIABILITY/SECURITY
Each lock is "dual", with two distinct sections. In the event of failure during opening, the back up section is activated (with a delay of 60 minutes or other to be established).
All serial communication between the locks and consoles are crypotgraphed..
Screened cable connection for both sections (normal and emergency).
Total block option with switch or serial command.
Single manual Time Lock blocks all safes.
Times, programmed holidays and blocked periods are different for each safe.
