What is asked of a modern safe ?
That it is easy to use, that it has all anti-theft and anti-robbery features, that variation of the parameters - particularly changing the combination - is easy and intuitive.

And strength?
LEM's starting point for this new series of safes was the intrinsic strength of these safes, demonstrated and verified by strenuous tests in the ICIM/GIORDANO test laboratories, where the three models in this series passed the resistance tests to obtain EU standard EN1143-1 Class III - IV -V certification. Gamma grade for Class III and Delta grade for Classes IV and V according to ICIM 7OR002-6 regulations.

LEM builds these new safes as it has always done in its ten year history: not only strength but also mechanics and functionality geared to the needs of the third millennium - particular attention has been paid to the materials chosen, the surface treatments and the locks to ensure a long life over time.

The integration of our own electronic systems allowed us to produce these new safes where the starting line, not the finish line, is physical resistance.
Different types of lock are available:

Secur Drive: 1 digital motorized lock + 1 interchangeable key-activated lock, or 2 digital motorized locks, doing away with the need for keys.
HAL 600: 1 digital motorized lock + 1 interchangeable key lock or 2 digital motorized locks
DUO 4000: Two or more digital motorized locks
The minimum provided is integration of all anti-robbery functions, automatic/manual time lock and the option to centralize.
If the digital option is chosen, the safe will also have additional functions such as:
Visualization of all functions on display
All anti-theft and anti-robbery functions
Control of internal deposit boxes or anti-theft compartments, including time delay for valuables transporters.
Multi-use with recording of events - opening combination becomes personal and not shared.
Motorized locks - the safe cannot be forgotten "open" Personalization of functions

Naturally, it is also possible to have traditional locks with co-axial disc mechanical combinations and variable key locks.

The E3M series of safes is certified in accordance with EU standards EN 1143-1 and ICIM regulations70ROO2-6 for classes III- IV - V.
Uniform armour-plating on all walls realized using "LEMFort" conglomerates and plant specifically designed for this scope.
This technology gives a high degree of resistance to thermic/mechanical attack and a limited overall thickness of the armour plating, resulting in an optimal external/internal volume/weight ratio.

Body
External shell in 3mm steel, armoured with polyadditive conglomerate and micro-armoured with an additional mesh structure anchored to the inside wall.
Double layer interior safe wall: one layer in blowtorch resistant material against thermic attacks and one to resist mechanical attacks - the only safe with these features. Particular attention has been paid to armour-plating of the bolt holes.

Doors
Structure and armour-plating as for the body of the safe.
The right-hand door has adjustable hinge pivots.
Although 200° opening is possible, maximum light is available with just 140°.
Particular attention has been paid to protection of the locks. Knife lock bolts, mobile on three sides and fixed on the hinge side. The number depends on the safe model. Activation is by a robust handwheel of a diameter to ensure easy maneuvering.

The difference between the three classes is the thickness of the armour plating:
Class III 63 mm armour plating of which 53 mm in "LEMFort" ;
Class IV 78 mm armour plating of which 68 mm "LEMFort"
Class V 93 mm armour plating of which 83 mm "LEMFort"

Mechanical locks
SLock with dual copy interchangeable key together with 4 co-axial disc combination lock.

Electronic
HAL 600 0 digital combination together with lock with dual copy interchangeable key.
Secur Drive 3010 driven 4 co-axial disc combination lock together with lock with dual copy interchangeable key.
All digital with DUO 4000 - single keypad with two motorized locks

Internal fittings and paint
Standard internal fittings consist of three or four shelves which can be moved only when the door is open.
The safe is predisposed for a three-clock Time Lock and an additional lock.
Paint: RAL 7032 - Other colours on request.
